The Town of Northport is seeking bids for renovation and site work for the Town’s temporary Town Office space at 8 Beech Hill Road in Northport. Specifications may be found below and at the Town Office. Proposals will be marked “Temp Town Office Work” and shall be submitted to the Town Office at 16 Beech Hill Road, Northport, ME, 04849 by NOON on Friday, October 9, 2026. The bid will be reviewed for completeness only at and awarded at the Select Board meeting on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, after 6:15pm. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Select Board meeting. The Select Board reserves the right to waive formalities, negotiate the cost, modify the scope of work, and/or accept or reject any and all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
