Kelly Cove Shoreline Stabilization RFP

The Town of Northport is accepting bids for a shoreline stabilization project on Shore Road at Kelly Cove. A spec sheet may be obtained at the Town Office or from the Town’s website, below. Sealed bids must be received at the Northport Town Office, 16 Beech Hill Road, Northport, ME, 04849, by NOON on Friday, November 21, 2025. The bids will be awarded at the Select Board meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025, after 6:15pm at the Town Office.  The successful applicant will provide a copy of general liability and worker’s compensation insurance prior to beginning work. The Select Board reserves the right to waive formalities, negotiate the cost, modify the scope of work, and/or accept or reject any and all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town.

When: Saturday 11/1 10:30 am – noon (rain date 11/2 1-2:30 pm)
Where: Waldo County YMCA field behind the building

Public Information Meeting on New Town Office Project

There will be an informational meeting on the new town office project at the Edna Drinkwater School, beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The Select Board, Town Administrator, and project architect will be there to provide updates on the project, share construction drawings, and answer any questions ahead of the June town meeting vote to authorize the Board to proceed with construction.
