Tonight, Monday, June 15th, the Town of Northport will reconvene for it’s Annual Town Meeting at the Drinkwater School, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting was opened on Tuesday, June 9th, with the Municipal Election, and will continue tonight beginning with Article 3.
The results of the Municipal Election were as follows:
Municipal Officer – Three Year Term –
Molly Schauffler – 543 votes
Write in – Kevin Hall – 1 vote
Blank ballots – 67
Municipal Officer – One Year Term –
Tinsley Morrison – 535 votes
Write in – Kevin Hall – 1 vote
Blank ballots – 83
Northport School Committee Member –
Mark Lynch – 526 votes
Write in – Kevin Hall – 1 vote
Write in – Nancy Palmer – 1 vote
Write in – Celine Bewsher – 1 vote
Blank ballots – 90
