The Town of Northport is accepting bids for paving, ditching, culvert replacement, brush cutting, tree removal, and a bridge widening project on various roads in Town. Spec sheets may be obtained at the Town Office or from the Town’s website. Sealed bids must be received at the Northport Town Office, 16 Beech Hill Road, Northport, ME, 04849, by NOON on Friday, July 19, 2024. The bids will be awarded at the Select Board meeting on Monday, July 22, 2024, after 6:15pm at the Town Office. The successful applicant will provide a copy of general liability and worker’s compensation insurance prior to beginning work. The Select Board reserves the right to waive formalities, negotiate the cost, modify the scope of work, and/or accept or reject any and all bids should it be deemed in the best interest of the Town.
