DESCRIPTION:Pursuant to MRSA Title 28-A\, § 653\, and the Town’s Special Amusement Permit Ordinance\, the Town of Northport will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday August 18\, 2022\, 6:00 p.m.\, at the Northport Town Office; 16 Beech Hill Rd; for the purpose of considering the application for a Special Amusement Permit renewal for: \n\n\nThe Hoot\, LLC\nD/B/A The Hoot\n144 Bayside Road\, Northport\, ME \nAll persons wishing to make comments or ask questions about the application are invited to attend the Public Hearing. Written comments may also be submitted to administrator@northportmaine.org or Select Board\, 16 Beech Hill Road\, Northport\, ME  04849\, at any time prior to the Public Hearing.
